HIAS Booking Policy and Procedures
Thank you for choosing HIAS. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us and third-party booking conditions and in accordance to the HIAS Privacy policy. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
Bookings made through the HIAS website and our and your rights and obligations in relation to such bookings are governed by these terms and conditions.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment which may vary per salon or stylist. All changes to appointments must be made directly to the salon or stylist through the provided contact information displayed on the booking forum. We advise that you plan to arrive confirmed appointments at least 10-15 minutes in advance.
HIAS website solely acts as a middle-man to the salons or stylists advertised and cannot be held responsible for any miscommunication or dissatisfied interactions with any third-party, however, direct feedback about services about third-party services are welcomed at the saloninquiries@hairisasecret.com. Personal information such as an email address is shared with third parties during booking. This information is used for communication such as notification and confirmation amongst those in agreement.
Payment
Payments methods would be directly and indirectly processed with each salon or stylist based on third-party requirements and policies. A deposit is always required by HIAS but not in addition to salon deposits and is not held responsible for any transactions concerning third-party bookings and appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable with no exceptions but are contributed to the remaining balance of service or in the event of a cancellation as required.
Cancellation
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Cancellations or adjustments are based on third-party policies that you had chosen to book with and by no means completed through HIAS website. If you cancel your appointment or need to make any adjustments, please contact the salon or stylist directly.

These booking terms and conditions, may be amended from time to time without notice and, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online.
